Add nonfat yogurt, blueberries, and chopped frozen bananas to a blender. Sprinkle cinnamon over the fruit and yogurt.

Add ice to the blender and blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.

Pour the smoothie mixture evenly into four glasses, filling each about three-quarters full.

Top each glass with chilled seltzer water or club soda and stir gently to incorporate the fizz.
