Add ice cubes to a blender and pour Absolut vodka, Bailey's Irish Cream, and Kahlúa coffee liqueur over the ice.

Add 1 scoop vanilla ice cream and 2 scoops chocolate ice cream to the blender with the spirits and ice.

Pour the cream into the blender with all other ingredients.

Blend on high speed until the mixture reaches a smooth, slushy consistency with no visible chunks of ice.

Divide the frozen mixture evenly among four chilled glasses, pouring immediately while still thick and frozen.
