Banana-Strawberry Fruit Smoothie

Method

Add frozen banana and frozen strawberries to a blender.

Pour in 1¼ cups of water and add skim milk powder, stirring briefly to combine dry ingredients if using a standard blender.

If using protein powder and flax oil, add them to the blender now.

Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, approximately 1–2 minutes, stopping to scrape down sides if needed.
