Banana-Orange-Strawberry Fruit Shake

Add the frozen banana and frozen strawberries to a high-speed blender.

Pour the orange juice and water into the blender with the frozen fruit.

Add the skim milk powder and stir briefly to combine the dry ingredients with the liquid.

If using protein powder, add it to the blender along with the flax oil if desired.

Blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy, approximately 1 to 2 minutes, stopping to scrape the sides if needed.
