Banana Orange Pineapple Smoothie

  • chunks of fresh pineapple
    3 unit
  • – 12 frozen strawberries
    10 unit
  • – 2 cups of orange juice
    1 unit

Method

Peel the bananas and break them into chunks, then peel the oranges and separate into segments, removing as much white pith as possible.

Add the banana chunks, orange segments, fresh pineapple chunks, and frozen strawberries to a blender.

Pour the orange juice over the fruit in the blender.

Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, approximately 2-3 minutes, stopping to scrape down the sides if needed.
