Method

Slice the vegan croissant(s) in half horizontally using a serrated knife, being careful to keep the layers intact.

Layer the romaine lettuce on the bottom half of the croissant, pressing gently to create a bed for the other ingredients.

Arrange the tomato slices on top of the lettuce, slightly overlapping if necessary.

Add the cucumber slices in a single layer, followed by the onion slices.

Layer the avocado slices on top, then sprinkle the bean sprouts evenly across the sandwich.

Place the pickle on one side of the sandwich for a flavor accent.

Top with the upper half of the croissant, pressing down gently to secure all layers without crushing the croissant.

Insert 2 toothpicks diagonally through the center of the sandwich to hold it together, then cut the sandwich in half along the toothpicks to serve.
