Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Combine softened butter, peanut butter, packed brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a large bowl, then beat with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.

Add eggs and vanilla to the butter mixture, beating until well combined.

In a separate bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, quick-cooking oats, baking soda, and salt.

Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined, then gently fold in raisins until evenly distributed.

Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
