- Asian Eggplants (bigger eggplant need to be salted and sweated first)1 or 2 unit
- potatoes2 or 3 large
- green peppers2 unit
- of garlic4 cloves
- Cooking Oil (I use peanut oil because it has a high smoke point)1 unit
