Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced onion and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the onion begins to soften and turn translucent.

Stir in the minced garlic, ground coriander, salt, and crushed chile flakes. Cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly, until fragrant.

Add the chopped greens to the skillet in batches, stirring to combine with the oil and spices. The greens will wilt as they cook; continue stirring until all are incorporated.

Pour in the diced tomatoes with their juices and stir well to distribute evenly throughout the greens.

Add the cooked beans and stir to combine with the greens and tomatoes.

Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the flavors have melded and the mixture has thickened slightly.
