Toast the multigrain vegan bread slices until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Wash and thinly slice the cucumbers into rounds, removing excess moisture with paper towels.

Measure out the shredded carrots and bean sprouts, patting the sprouts dry to prevent excess moisture.

Spread a generous layer of hummus on the inner side of each toasted bread slice.

Layer the sliced cucumbers evenly over the hummus on the bottom bread slice.
