    chopped.

    thawed spinach

Method

Thaw the frozen spinach completely, then squeeze out as much excess water as possible using your hands or a clean kitchen towel.

Peel and finely dice the onion, and mince the garlic cloves.

Heat a large pot or deep skillet over medium heat and add a drizzle of oil, then sauté the diced onion until softened and translucent.

Add the minced garlic to the pot and stir for about one minute until fragrant, being careful not to let it burn.

Add the thawed spinach to the pot and stir well to combine with the onion and garlic mixture.
