Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x13 inch casserole dish with butter or cooking spray.

Combine the thawed spinach, cottage cheese, sharp cheddar cheese, eggs, flour, and melted butter in a large mixing bowl, stirring until fully incorporated.

Season the spinach mixture with salt and pepper to taste, mixing well to distribute seasonings evenly.

Transfer the mixture to the prepared casserole dish, spreading it in an even layer.

Bake in the preheated 350°F oven for 40-45 minutes, until the top is lightly golden and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
