Method

Cook rice in chicken broth according to package directions until tender, then transfer to a large mixing bowl.

Add garlic salt, seasoned pepper, and ground red pepper to the warm rice and stir well to distribute the seasonings evenly.

Pour the bottled oil and vinegar dressing over the seasoned rice and mix thoroughly until all grains are coated.

Fold in the drained green beans, sliced celery, and diced pimento gently to combine without breaking the beans.
