Combine the cooked brown rice, rinsed and drained red kidney beans, diced red bell pepper, and chopped onion in a large mixing bowl.

Whisk together the Good Fat Dressing and fresh lime juice in a small bowl until well blended.

Pour the dressing mixture over the rice and bean combination, then toss gently but thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly coated.

Let the salad rest at room temperature for 5-10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
