Warm Caesar Potato Salad

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, then add the peeled and cubed potatoes. Cook until fork-tender, about 15-18 minutes.

While potatoes cook, prepare the Caesar dressing by whisking together the minced garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and prepared mustard in a small bowl.

Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.

Wash and dry the romaine lettuce, then tear or chop it into bite-sized pieces and place in a large serving bowl.
