Tacos de Jocoqui al Horno

Place the baking sheets in the preheated oven and warm the tortillas until they are pliable and lightly crisped around the edges.

Remove the tortillas from the oven and transfer them to a clean kitchen towel or tortilla warmer to keep them warm and soft while assembling.

Stack the warm tortillas and serve immediately for taco assembly.
