Ham Roll-ups
Sometimes I make these just so the kids have something to snack on. I usually use the reduced fat cream cheese and reduced fat mayo.

- ⅓ cup
- 2 tablespoons
- ¼ cup
- (2.5 ounces) packages sliced cooked ham (chop unto large dices)2 unit
Method
1
Lay out the refrigerated flour tortillas on a clean work surface and allow them to come to room temperature for a few minutes to make them easier to work with.
2
Combine the softened cream cheese and mayonnaise in a bowl, stirring until smooth and well blended.
3
Fold the chopped green onions, chopped black olives, and diced cooked ham into the cream cheese mixture until evenly distributed.
4
Lay one tortilla flat and spread approximately 2-3 tablespoons of the filling mixture evenly across the surface, leaving a small border around the edges.
5
Roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other, applying gentle pressure to keep the filling in place as you roll.
6
Repeat the filling and rolling process with the remaining tortillas until all the filling is used.
7
Slice each rolled tortilla in half diagonally or into bite-sized pieces, depending on your desired serving style.
8
Arrange the ham roll-up pieces on a platter and serve chilled or at room temperature.
