Avocado Soup

Ingredients
- fresh genuine California avocado½ unitwithout skin
- of fresh carrot juice (approx. 1 large carrot)¼ cup
- cucumber½ unitpeeled and cut into small chunks
- optional: seasoning to taste (dill1 unitetc.)
Method

Cut the avocado in half lengthwise, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender or food processor.

Add the fresh carrot juice and the peeled, chunked cucumber to the blender with the avocado.

Blend on high speed for 1-2 minutes until the mixture reaches a smooth, creamy consistency with no visible chunks.

Transfer the soup to a large bowl or pitcher and taste for seasoning, adjusting salt, pepper, and dill as desired.
