Peel and cube the mango into small, uniform pieces, discarding the pit. This will make the mixture blend more smoothly and ensure even distribution throughout the dessert.

Crumble the paneer into fine, small pieces using your fingers or a fork. Set aside in a bowl.

Add the mango cubes to a blender along with the curd and blend until smooth and creamy.

Pour the blended mango-curd mixture into a mixing bowl, then stir in the Milkmaid sweetened condensed milk until fully combined.

Add the mango essence to the mixture and stir well to distribute the flavoring evenly throughout.

Gently fold in the crumbled paneer pieces into the mixture, being careful not to overmix so the paneer retains some texture.

Divide the mango delight evenly into four serving bowls or glasses. Serve immediately while chilled, or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
