Cut beef into 1-inch cubes and peel pearl onions, removing the root ends and outer papery skin.

Chop potatoes into 1-inch pieces, peel and chop turnips into similar-sized pieces, and chop carrots into 1-inch rounds.

Trim radishes and cut them in half, leaving some of the stem intact for presentation.

Layer the cubed beef in the bottom of the slow cooker, then add the chopped potatoes, turnips, and carrots on top.

Add the pearl onions and radish halves to the slow cooker, distributing them evenly among the other ingredients.

Pour beef stock over the ingredients and drizzle with Worcestershire sauce, stirring gently to combine.

Cover the slow cooker and cook on low heat for 8 hours, or until the beef is very tender and easily shreds with a fork.
