Heat the chicken stock in a large pot over medium heat until it reaches a gentle simmer.

Add the ground roasted peanuts to the simmering stock and stir well to combine, breaking up any clumps.

Simmer the mixture for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, to allow the peanut flavors to infuse into the stock.
