Pat the grilled shrimp dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering, about 2-3 minutes.

Working in batches to avoid overcrowding, fry the baguette slices until golden and crisp on both sides, approximately 1-2 minutes per side.

Transfer the toasted baguette slices to a paper towel-lined plate to cool and drain excess oil.

Spread a thin layer of avocado cream onto each toasted baguette slice, using approximately 1 teaspoon per slice.
