Ingredients
- uncooked spiral pasta1½ cups
- unsweetened pineapple chunks save the juice)1 cup
- (8 ounce) carton peach yogurt1 unit
- 2 tablespoons
- cantaloupe1½ cupscut into cubes
- seedless red grapes1 cupcut in halves
- fresh strawberries1½ cupssliced

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and add the spiral pasta, cooking until al dente according to package directions.

Drain the cooked pasta thoroughly and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process; set aside to cool completely.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the peach yogurt and sour cream, stirring until smooth and well blended.

Add the cooled pasta to the yogurt mixture and toss gently to coat all the noodles evenly.

Fold in the pineapple chunks along with 2–3 tablespoons of their reserved juice to add moisture and enhance flavor.

Add the cantaloupe cubes, red grape halves, and sliced strawberries to the pasta mixture, folding gently until all fruit is evenly distributed.

Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld and the salad to reach the desired temperature.
