Slice each hard boiled egg in half lengthwise and carefully scoop out the yolks into a small bowl, leaving the egg white halves on a serving plate.

Add the honey, salad dressing, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the bowl with the yolks and mash with a fork until the mixture reaches a smooth, creamy consistency.

Fold the diced jalapeno pepper into the yolk mixture, distributing it evenly throughout.

Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture into each egg white half, filling generously.

Sprinkle a pinch of chili powder over the top of each filled egg as a garnish for color and additional spice.

Refrigerate until ready to serve, or serve at room temperature immediately after assembly.
