- cucumber1/2 unitseeded and chopped very fine
- dried mint1/4 tspcrumbled, or 1 tsp fresh, chopped

Seed the cucumber by cutting it in half lengthwise and scraping out the seeds with a small spoon, then chop the flesh very finely into small, uniform pieces.

Pour the yogurt into a bowl and stir gently to break up any lumps or separation.

Add the finely chopped cucumber and crumbled dried mint (or fresh chopped mint if using) to the yogurt.

Stir all ingredients together until well combined, ensuring the cucumber and mint are evenly distributed throughout the yogurt.
