Wonder Roquefort Cheese Dip

Place the room-temperature cream cheese pieces in a medium bowl. Use an electric mixer or wooden spoon to beat until smooth and creamy.

Crumble the Roquefort cheese into small pieces and add to the cream cheese. Mix until the two cheeses are well combined and no large lumps remain.

Add the minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and Tabasco sauce to the cheese mixture. Stir vigorously until all ingredients are fully incorporated and the dip is uniform in color and texture.

Taste the dip and adjust seasonings if needed. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve immediately at room temperature with crackers, bread, or crudités.
