Home-boy Beginner Sushi
This is the easiest sushi to make ever and one of the recipes I recommend for people that are about to enter kitchen for the first time.

- ½ lb
- parts vinegar2¼ unit
- parts salt2 unit
Method

Cut the fresh salmon into thin strips, approximately ¼ inch thick and 2-3 inches long, removing any visible bones with tweezers.

Combine the vinegar and salt in a small bowl, stirring until the salt dissolves completely to create a sushi seasoning mixture.

Lightly brush the vinegar and salt mixture onto both sides of each salmon strip using a pastry brush or the back of a spoon.

Arrange the seasoned salmon strips on a clean plate or cutting board in a single layer.

Let the salmon rest at room temperature for 3-5 minutes, allowing the seasoning to penetrate the fish.

Serve the salmon strips chilled or at room temperature as nigiri sushi, either on top of rice balls or as a standalone appetizer.
