Horseradish Sauce

Combine sour cream and mayonnaise in a small bowl, stirring until smooth and well blended.

Stir in the horseradish, using 3 tablespoons as a base and adding up to 1 additional tablespoon to reach desired heat level.

Fold in the minced parsley until evenly distributed throughout the sauce.

Taste and adjust seasoning with additional horseradish if a stronger flavor is preferred, or add more sour cream if the heat is too intense.

Transfer to a serving dish or storage container and refrigerate until ready to serve.
