Horseradish Relish
This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Lynch Estate in Garland, Texas in 1994.

Method

Combine grated horseradish, white vinegar, and salt in a glass bowl.

Stir thoroughly until the salt dissolves and all ingredients are evenly mixed.

Transfer the relish to a clean jar with a tight-fitting lid and cover.

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

Stir again before serving and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
