Combine chunky applesauce, honey, raisins, lemon juice, curry powder, celery salt, tarragon vinegar, and dark brown sugar in a medium bowl.

Stir all ingredients together until well blended and the brown sugar is fully dissolved.

Taste and adjust seasonings as needed, adding more honey for sweetness or curry powder for spice intensity.

Transfer the chutney dip to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
