This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Lanier Estate in Crandall, Texas in 1982.

Combine the catsup, horseradish, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl.

Whisk the ingredients together until fully blended and uniform in color.

Taste and adjust seasoning if desired, adding more horseradish for heat or lemon juice for brightness.
