This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Lanier Estate in Crandall, Texas in 1982.

Combine the catsup, horseradish, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl.

Whisk the ingredients together until fully blended and uniform in color.

Taste and adjust seasoning if desired, adding more horseradish for heat or lemon juice for brightness.

Transfer to a serving bowl and refrigerate until ready to use, or serve immediately with shrimp, oysters, or other seafood.
