Method

Halve the ripe avocados lengthwise, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a medium bowl.

Mash the avocado with a fork until the desired consistency is reached, leaving some small chunks for texture if preferred.

Add the mayonnaise to the mashed avocado and stir gently to incorporate, which helps preserve color and adds richness.

Fold in the chopped sweet onion, minced garlic, and finely cut cilantro until evenly distributed.

Sprinkle the crushed dried chile de arbol, cumin powder, salt, and black pepper over the mixture.

Squeeze the lime juice over the guacamole and stir gently until all seasonings are well blended.

Taste and adjust salt, lime juice, or spice level as needed to reach desired flavor balance.
