Whipped Cream Sauce with Cheese

- heavy cream½ cupwhipped

Pour the heavy cream into a medium bowl and whip using an electric mixer or whisk until stiff peaks form, about 2–3 minutes.

Gently fold the grated Swiss cheese into the whipped cream until just combined, being careful not to deflate the cream.

Stir in the prepared mustard and lemon juice until the mixture is smooth and evenly blended.

Transfer the sauce to a serving bowl and serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
