Onion Butter Sauce for Steak

Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat, then add the minced onion and cook, stirring occasionally, until softened and fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.

Pour the beef bouillon mixture into the saucepan with the onions and butter, stirring to combine.

Remove from heat and stir in the chopped parsley.

Taste and adjust seasoning if needed, then pour the warm sauce over grilled or pan-seared steaks immediately.
