Heat cooking oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering, about 1 minute.

Add chopped onion and ginger-garlic paste to the hot oil, stirring frequently until the onion becomes translucent and fragrant, approximately 2-3 minutes.

Add mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, beans, celery, cabbage, or frozen vegetables) and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they are heated through and beginning to soften.

Crumble the chicken bouillon cube directly into the vegetables and stir well to distribute it evenly throughout the mixture.

Add the cooked rice to the pan, breaking up any clumps with the spatula or spoon, and mix thoroughly with the vegetables and bouillon.

Pour soy sauce over the rice mixture and toss continuously for 1-2 minutes to ensure even seasoning and to heat the rice through.

Sprinkle red chili powder and crushed black pepper over the rice, stirring well to incorporate the spices evenly.

Taste the fried rice and adjust salt as needed, stirring to combine.
