Heat bacon drippings in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering, about 1-2 minutes.

Add chopped celery and onion to the hot skillet, stirring occasionally until softened and fragrant, approximately 5 minutes.

Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until aromatic.

Add cooked rice to the skillet, breaking up any clumps with a wooden spoon and stirring to combine evenly with the vegetables.

Gently fold in the crab meat, being careful not to break apart the lumps, and stir until heated through, about 2-3 minutes.
