Parmesan Garlic Rice

Method

Heat butter or margarine in a large skillet or saucepan over medium heat until melted and fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add minced garlic and stir constantly for about 30 seconds to 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.

Add the cooked rice that was prepared in chicken broth and stir well to combine with the garlic butter.

Remove from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until fully incorporated and the rice is evenly coated.

Fold in the chopped fresh parsley gently to distribute evenly throughout the rice.

Taste and adjust seasoning as needed, then transfer to a serving dish and serve immediately while hot.
