Add chilled cooked rice to the skillet, breaking up any clumps with a spoon or spatula.

Combine ground marjoram, salt, ground red pepper, and ground black pepper in a small bowl.

Sprinkle the herb and spice mixture evenly over the rice and stir well to distribute seasonings throughout.
