- pack (10 oz) frozen mixed Oriental vegetables1 unitthawed
- (10 oz) tuna in water1 candrained and broken into chunks

Heat the melted margarine in a large saucepan or skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped green onions and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Stir in the uncooked long-grain rice and toast for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently, until the rice becomes slightly golden and nutty in aroma.

Pour in the water and bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring once. Reduce heat to low and cover tightly.

Simmer the rice covered for 15-18 minutes until the liquid is absorbed and the rice is tender.

Stir in the thawed frozen mixed Oriental vegetables and the drained tuna chunks, breaking the tuna into bite-sized pieces as you fold them in.

Drizzle the reduced-sodium soy sauce over the mixture and stir gently until everything is evenly combined and heated through.
