Preheat oven to 375°F. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook rigatoni according to package directions until al dente, then drain and set aside.

Brown the hamburger or sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it into small pieces as it cooks, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.

Stir the jar of spaghetti sauce into the cooked meat and simmer over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until heated through.

Combine the cooked rigatoni with the meat sauce in a large bowl, then stir in 1½ cups of the shredded Cheddar cheese until evenly distributed.

Pour the rigatoni mixture into a 9x13-inch baking dish and spread evenly. Top with remaining ½ cup Cheddar cheese, the shredded Mozzarella, and grated Parmesan cheese.

Bake uncovered at 375°F for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the top is lightly golden.
