Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a large pot over high heat.

Add the 1 lb rotini pasta to the boiling water and cook according to package directions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the ½ lb ground beef, breaking it into small crumbles as it cooks.

Cook the ground beef for 5-7 minutes until browned and no pink remains, then drain any excess fat.

Reduce heat to medium and pour the 1 can of table cream into the skillet with the cooked beef, stirring well to combine.

Add the cooked rotini pasta to the skillet and gently toss to coat everything evenly with the cream sauce.

Sprinkle the 4 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese over the mixture and stir until the cheese melts and the dish is creamy and well combined, about 2-3 minutes.
