Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat, then whisk in flour to create a roux, stirring constantly until it turns light golden.

Pour the boiling water into the roux while whisking vigorously to prevent lumps from forming. Add the chicken bouillon cubes and stir until fully dissolved.

Reduce heat to low and stir in the heavy cream and nutmeg, mixing until the sauce is smooth and well combined.

5
Remove from heat and fold in ¼ cup of the grated Parmesan cheese, reserving the remaining ¼ cup for topping.
6
Distribute the chipped smoked turkey breast evenly over the frozen broccoli in the baking dish.
7
Pour the prepared sauce over the turkey and broccoli, stirring gently to coat all ingredients.
8
Sprinkle the remaining ¼ cup of Parmesan cheese over the top of the casserole.
9
Bake in the preheated 350°F oven for 20-25 minutes until the top is golden and the mixture is bubbling at the edges.

Remove from oven and let rest for 2-3 minutes before serving to allow the sauce to set slightly.
