Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix ¾ cup Miracle Whip with milk in a shallow bowl until combined.

Combine ground cumin, onion powder, ground red pepper, and garlic powder in a small bowl.

Add the spice mixture to the Miracle Whip mixture and stir until well blended.

Place crushed sesame crackers in another shallow bowl.

Dip each chicken chunk into the spiced Miracle Whip mixture, coating thoroughly on all sides.

Roll the coated chicken pieces in crushed sesame crackers until fully covered.

Stir together remaining ¼ cup Miracle Whip with salsa in a small bowl to create a dipping sauce.
