Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and season both sides generously with pepper.

Heat the margarine in a large skillet over medium-high heat until melted and shimmering.

Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the hot skillet and cook for 6–7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature 165°F).

Squeeze the juice from both oranges and combine with the lemon juice in a small bowl.

Pour the citrus juice mixture over the cooked chicken in the skillet, tilting to coat evenly.
