Oven Chicken Parmesan

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine Bisquick, parmesan cheese, and paprika in a shallow bowl and mix well.

Pat the chicken pieces dry with paper towels. Dip each piece into the evaporated milk, coating thoroughly.

Roll the milk-coated chicken pieces in the Bisquick mixture, pressing gently so the coating adheres on all sides.

Pour the melted butter into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Arrange the coated chicken pieces in the dish in a single layer.

Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
