Ingredients
- x 6-ounce jar marinated artichoke hearts1 unit
- lemon pepper-seasoned turkey breast chops¾ poundcut into ¼-inch thick strips

Drain the marinated artichoke hearts, reserving the marinade in a small bowl, and set the hearts aside.

Heat the reserved artichoke marinade in a large skillet over medium-high heat for about 1 minute until shimmering.

Add the turkey strips to the hot skillet in a single layer and cook undisturbed for 3 minutes until the edges are golden.

Stir the turkey and cook for another 2 minutes until cooked through and no longer pink.
