Whisk together chicken broth, cornstarch, hot chili sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, and soy sauce in a small bowl until smooth, set aside.

Heat 1½ tbsp of the buttery spread in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.

Add half the sliced chicken breast in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden, then flip and cook another 1-2 minutes until cooked through, transfer to a plate.

Heat the remaining 1½ tbsp buttery spread in the same skillet over medium-high heat.

Add remaining chicken breast and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden, then flip and cook another 1-2 minutes until cooked through, return first batch to skillet.

Pour the sauce mixture into the skillet with the chicken and bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens, about 1-2 minutes.
