Ingredients

Method

1
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
2
Rinse chicken wings under cold water and pat dry thoroughly with paper towels. Drying the wings is essential for achieving a crispy coating.
3
Combine bread crumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, salt or lemon pepper, and garlic powder in a shallow bowl, stirring to distribute seasonings evenly.
4
Pour melted butter into a separate shallow bowl. Working in batches, dip each wing into the melted butter to coat lightly on all sides.
5
Roll each buttered wing in the bread crumb mixture, pressing gently so the coating adheres. Place coated wings on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
6
Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes, until the coating is golden brown and crispy and the chicken is cooked through.
