BBQ Pressure Cooker Chicken
Here's a winning recipe that combines my 2 favorite cooking methods. Pressure cooker and grilling! Can't wait till spring to start my grilling again.

- (12 ounce) can beer1 unit
- ½ cup
- 1 teaspoon
- 1 teaspoon
- ½ teaspoon
- 2 teaspoons
- ⅛ teaspoon
- bottled barbecue sauce (your choice)1 unit
Method

Season the chicken breast halves evenly on both sides with salt, fresh ground pepper, nutmeg, cinnamon, and ginger.

Pour the beer and water into the pressure cooker pot and bring to a simmer over medium-high heat.

Dissolve the chicken bouillon in the simmering liquid, stirring well to combine.

Carefully place the seasoned chicken breast halves into the pot, skin-side up, ensuring they are submerged in the bouillon mixture.

Seal the pressure cooker lid and bring to high pressure, following the manufacturer's instructions.

Cook at high pressure for 10 minutes.

Allow the pressure cooker to depressurize naturally for 5 minutes, then release any remaining pressure using the quick-release valve.

Carefully open the lid and transfer the cooked chicken to a cutting board or serving platter.

Brush or coat each chicken breast half generously with the bottled barbecue sauce on both sides.

Return the sauced chicken to the pressure cooker with the remaining liquid, seal the lid, and bring back to high pressure for 2 minutes to infuse the barbecue flavor.
