Ingredients
- instant pistachio pudding4 packages
- cans of mandarin oranges2 smalldrained
- crushed pineapple2 canswith juice
- 1 can
- mini-marshmallows2 cups
- tub whipped cream or Cool Whip.1 large
Method

Pour the instant pistachio pudding packages into a large mixing bowl, then whisk in the juice from the canned crushed pineapple and the juice from the canned fruit cocktail until smooth and thickened, about 2 minutes.

Fold the large tub of whipped cream or Cool Whip into the pudding mixture until fully incorporated and no white streaks remain.

Drain the mandarin oranges and fruit cocktail, discarding the liquid, then gently fold the drained mandarin oranges into the mixture.

Add the crushed pineapple (with any remaining juice) to the salad and fold gently until evenly distributed.

Fold in the mini-marshmallows until evenly dispersed throughout the mixture.

Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving, or until ready to serve.
